We are looking for hardworking, reliable motivated individuals to join our production team and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers every day.
Location: Holbeach
Pay Rate: Earn £12.71 per hour. Earn a £500 bonus if you complete all your shifts during the season.
Job Duration: Full-time work available from May through October.
Shift Information: 6 days a week. Day shift start time is 10:00 AM, but this may vary depending on weather conditions.
At work: The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and may require manual handling and standing for extended periods. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations. You will operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any quality issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Duties include:
- Feeding and filling trays
- Stacking finished products
- Handling pallets
- Wrapping goods ready for dispatch
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
