About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Flexi and Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Peterborough on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term, permanent role with a stable and growing business. After successfully completing the 12-week probationary period, your pay rate will increase to £14.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Flexi and Counterbalance forklifts to move and pick stock.
- Use a bagging machine (full training provided).
- Handle and palletise 25kg bags, ensuring safe lifting and moving of stock.
- Work according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy for customer orders.
- Manage your own workload efficiently, working with minimal supervision.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Flexi and Counterbalance forklift licence (in-date).
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting 25kg bags).
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and take responsibility.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
