As we continue to grow, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process. From sourcing candidates and developing client relationships to negotiating offers and closing deals, you'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive and high-energy environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards and other channels
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Conducting interviews and assessing suitability for roles
- Working to targets and KPIs with the opportunity to earn commission
- Client check-ins
- Payroll
- Compliance and administration duties
