City Resource are currently looking for a weekend Recruitment Coordinator based in our Peterborough Office. We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to support our team with on-call bookings and administrative duties over the weekend period (Friday to Monday). You will play a key role in coordinating staff placements, managing last-minute shifts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate on-call/bookings, ensuring all shifts are filled promptly.
- Communicate with clients and candidates regarding availability and placement.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Support the recruitment team with general administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
