We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers for ongoing work based out of Holbeach. This role involves a mix of fridge and general haulage, with an average of 2–3 deliveries per day to well-established retail distribution centres. This is a tramping position, working away from home Monday to Friday, with a £25 night-out allowance paid for every night out. A great opportunity for drivers looking for long-term, consistent work with a reliable and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on UK-wide routes
- Make 2–3 daily deliveries to RDCs and warehouses
- Stay out overnight during the week (tramping)
- Complete vehicle checks and ensure all paperwork is accurate
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ Class 1 (C+E) experience
- No more than 6 penalty points – no DD, DR, or IN endorsements
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Reliable, professional, and flexible approach
- Comfortable with overnight stays during the week
