City Resource Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Pub Chef to join a friendly, traditional pub serving high-quality classic pub food. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable chef looking for long-term employment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Working Hours:
- Thursday: 12:00pm - 2:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- Friday: 12:00pm - 2:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- Saturday: 12:00pm - 2:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking traditional pub meals to a high standard.
- Maintaining food quality and presentation.
- Managing your section during busy service periods.
- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Following all Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- Working as part of a small, friendly kitchen team.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a chef in a pub or similar kitchen environment.
- Confident cooking classic British pub dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work the required shifts.
- Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
