We are currently recruiting General Operatives to join our team working in plant nurseries across several locations. This role involves supporting nursery operations and assisting with the handling and care of plants in a fast paced environment.
Location: Spalding
Shifts: Guaranteed Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM - To begin Mid March
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Transport: Transport is available from Spalding for employees who require it.
Key Duties Include:
- Assisting with plant handling and nursery tasks
- Supporting general nursery maintenance in glass house
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
