Key Responsibilities

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within the glasshouse and yard

Load and unload nursery plants from delivery and collection lorries

Move, stack, and re-stack pallets to designated locations

Ensure pallets and loads are secure and handled with care to avoid plant damage

Assist with general manual handling and nursery duties when required

Follow all health and safety procedures and site guidelines

Conduct daily forklift checks and report any faults or maintenance needs

Skills and Experience
