We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Counterbalance Driver with Flexi experience. This is an ongoing position with a set shift Monday to Friday. Full training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped for the job. We are seeking someone who can work consistently with a great team and take pride in completing the tasks required.
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday on a PM shift pattern of 14:00PM-22:00PM
The role includes:
- Operating a machine and making sure KPIs are met on a daily basis.
- With the use of a FLT, making sure palletised items are moved to the appropriate locations.
- Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures.
- Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls, which typically involves using a hand-held scanner for receiving & booking in stock / picking / dispatch & out loading stock.
- Storing and rotating stock according to our customers’ requirements & expectations.
With the experience of a Flexi bend, we can put you through the training to ascertain a valid licence for that committed worker.
