- What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same in recruitment. You'll be responsible for:
- Building and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and registering candidates.
- Matching the right people to the right roles.
- Conducting client visits and maintaining regular contact with key accounts.
