Work as part of the team to ensure the timely and accurate on-boarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve new client documentation including carrying out relevant AML/KYC/Identity checks.
  • Ensure correct escalation routes are adhered to when dealing with higher risk or complex cases.
  • Provide guidance (within the scope of your personal regulatory knowledge and training) to the Investment Management and Operations Departments in relation to regulatory requirements and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all team queries and tasks are dealt with in a positive and timely manner.
  • In addition to the above functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience within the relevant field and be able to demonstrate transferable skills and behaviours.
  • GCSE Grade C English.
