Role: Junior Operations Assistant

Location: On Site – London, EC2

Salary: £25-26k + Bonus & Benefits

Only A level/BTEC 24/25 school leaver applicants will be considered.

Summary:

• The Operations Assistant will primarily be responsible for all input into in-house system.
• Creating confirmations for swift and fax release and payment entries for all products.
• Responsible for the management of all tickets and entries within the Back Office and periodically checking statements received from our settlement agents.
• Covering for other team members in their absence is also required.
• Liaison and co-operation with other departments is a major part of the job, and confidence in their abilities to be able to handle queries when they arise is required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills are essential
• Flexible work attitude and willingness to participate in team work
• Eager to learn in a varied trading environment
• A level or BTEC equivalent education

Training Provided:

All training is given within the team using their already vast skills knowledge

New staffs are required to learn how to process and be prepared to participate in all stages of the work flow as part of training and also be able to cover wherever required at all levels.
