Ideal opportunity for an A level school leaver looking to forge a career in Banking. Only A level/BTEC 24/25 school leaver applicants will be considered.

Summary:

The Operations Assistant will primarily be responsible for all input into the in-house system. Creating confirmations for swift and fax release and payment entries for all products. Responsible for the management of all tickets and entries within the Back Office and periodically checking statements received from our settlement agents. Covering for other team members in their absence is also required. Liaison and co-operation with other departments is a major part of the job, and confidence in their abilities to handle queries when they arise is required.

Training Provided:

All training is given within the team using their already vast skills knowledge. New staff are required to learn how to process and be prepared to participate in all stages of the workflow as part of training and also be able to cover wherever required at all levels. We are able to provide new candidates with an excellent learning curve due to our variety of products and processes handled. Ideal position for someone wishing to gain their first step into a Banking environment or expand on knowledge already gained.
