Role: Client Relationship Officer

Client: Global Independent Offshore Bank

Location: Hybrid/London EC3 – 3 Days on site

Salary range: £40-45k + Bonus and benefits

Our client is looking for a new team member to assist the Relationship Management team with managing a diverse portfolio of loans secured on real estate, ensuring full compliance with all corporate standards, policies, process and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing full support to the Relationship Management (RM) team in the management of a diverse portfolio of loans secured on real estate.
  • Dealing with any account-related queries.
  • Monitoring limits exceeded and excess reports.
  • Monitoring financial and non-financial covenant compliance.
  • Pre-advising clients of payments that fall due at month/quarter end and monitoring/chasing for receipt.
  • Producing regular reporting in accordance with departmental requirements, including maintaining of development loan and other spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring that all loan-related documentation is filled/archived in an easy-to-access manner.
  • Collating information to ensure that the Customer Relationship Management system is kept fully up-to-date.
  • Assisting, as required, with the review of lending loan facilities and presenting a written review to Credit Committee.
  • Continually reviewing and making recommendations for streamlining the loans administration process and reporting required.
  • Gathering sufficient background information in order to be able to commence the preparation of property-related credit applications and assisting with the completion of such credit applications.
  • Create files for new clients in accordance with the banks systems and procedures.
  • Providing the client with a high quality, professional and compliant service.
  • Be responsible for on boarding new clients in line with the banks AML and KYC requirements.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of AML and KYC requirements internally and externally.
