Role Description
The Sales Advisor will work part-time (20 hours per week flexing up where required), providing outstanding customer service and expert advice to consumers and trade customers. Key tasks include assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing sales area, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role based in Weston-Super-Mare.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with a range of customers via telephone and email.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Basic Sales skills and experience in advising customers on products and services.
- Willingness to engage in Training to stay updated on product ranges and industry knowledge.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a passion for learning and helping others.
- Previous experience in retail, trade sales, or a related field is an advantage.
