Are you a strategic recruitment professional with a passion for process excellence and a heart for people? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team, managing two direct reports and shaping the future of how we attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role: We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who understands that great people drive great business. Leading a small, high-impact team, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, leveraging data and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. By refining our employer brand and ensuring total compliance, you'll play a critical role in building a stronger, more diverse workforce for the future.
