To find our future leaders, we run a rigorous selection process: following a virtual behaviour-led screening, successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day. Acting as your final stage interview, this day includes group tasks, individual exercises, and a final presentation. It is not just an interview, it is your first opportunity to learn about our business and network directly with our regional managers.

If your profile matches what we're looking for, you will be invited to a virtual behaviour led interview, followed by our fast-paced Regional Assessment Day. This interactive event will test your commercial acumen through live simulations- like our "Showroom Launch Emergency" task. We aim to make verbal offers within 24 hours of the event.
