Estimator - Plumbing & Heating in Pickering

As our Estimator, you'll support our Estimating team by assisting with the processing of incoming enquiries, creation and maintenance of contracts on our operating system, and communicating with customers and manufacturers. You'll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we're sure you'll have some fun along the way!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work with spreadsheets and mass data to help drive estimating and business decisions.
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service with all communications with our customers and manufacturers.
• Manage incoming emails and phone calls in a professional and polite manner.
• Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with our branches, suppliers and customers.
• Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines in line with set timescales.

Skills and competencies:

• Previous experience in an Estimating environment.
• Clear communication and able to work with various stakeholders.
• Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets (VLook Ups/Pivot tables will be seen as beneficial).
• Some knowledge of Plumbing and Heating industry would be beneficial, but by no means essential.
