The Role: As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the engine behind our growth. You won't just be selling, you'll be identifying opportunities, re-engaging with past clients, and introducing the full range of Commercial at City Plumbing solutions to the non-residential sector.
- Use market research and various platforms to identify prospects and transform cold leads into warm opportunities for our Account Managers.
- Reach out to lapsed or low-spending accounts to re-engage their business through exclusive offers and tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, focusing on nurturing long-term trust and brand loyalty.
