The role:
- Support our Estimating team by assisting with the processing of incoming enquiries, creation and maintenance of contracts on our operating system, and communicating with customers and manufacturers.
- Promote and embrace our inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work with spreadsheets and mass data to help drive estimating and business decisions.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service with all communications with our customers and manufacturers.
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with our branches, suppliers and customers.
- Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines in line with set timescales.
You:

Skills and competencies:
- Previous experience in an Estimating environment.
- Clear communication and able to work with various stakeholders.
- Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets (VLook Ups/Pivot tables will be seen as beneficial).
- Some knowledge of Plumbing and Heating industry would be beneficial, but by no means essential.
