The Role: As our Branch Commercial Sales Manager (Non-Residential), you will be the go-to commercial expert within your branch. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a new venture, managing the local Non-Residential & Commercial business plans to hit sales and margin targets. You won't just be managing accounts; you'll be establishing a strong local customer base from the ground up, shaping our commercial proposition, and positioning the branch as the ultimate choice for light and full commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a New Venture: Own and execute the local Non-Residential & Commercial business plan, using specific action plans to hit your sales volume and trading margin targets.
  • Build Lasting Partnerships: Establish a planned approach to hunt for new business while growing existing accounts, becoming a trusted extension of your customers' businesses.
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Service: Manage the end-to-end quote process, uncover upselling or linked sales opportunities, and coordinate with branch and third-party logistics to ensure flawless project fulfillment (aiming for an OTIF of >98%).
  • Manage Stock & Suppliers: Maintain the core non-residential product range and collaborate closely with local suppliers to provide a winning, bespoke product offering.
  • Upskill the Branch: Act as the local champion, taking part in specialized training and sharing your knowledge to upskill branch colleagues and build team-wide confidence.

Location: This role is based in-branch, working closely with your local Branch Manager.
