The Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. You will be professional, driven and enthusiastic. The Warehouse Supervisor role reports into the management team and will provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers, ensuring we can deliver products against tight deadlines. This role may involve customer interaction over the telephone. You will promote and embrace our inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day Warehouse operations
- Planning and delegating tasks as required
- Picking orders and maintaining housekeeping standards in our warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining safety standards within the warehouse at all times
