Key Responsibilities:
- You will be driving growth, by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins.
- You will own the customer journey, by proactively approaching every visitor, manage inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and follow up on quotations with urgency.
- You will deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms.
- You will build strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates.
- You will maintain operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards.
