The Underfloor Heating Store is seeking a CRM and Marketing Manager to design and deliver our entire CRM and marketing strategy, focusing on welcoming new customers, keeping existing ones engaged, and building lasting loyalty across touchpoints.
You will own data-driven CRM campaigns, manage the CRM platform with our Sales and Digital teams, lead customer-facing marketing initiatives, work with Finance on segmentation, track KPIs, and train colleagues to get the most from our CRM tools.
