The Trade Counter Assistant will be able to communicate at all levels and provide a first class service to our customers. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!Our Trade Counter Assistant roles are often the first step into a rewarding career with us – we have many that have developed and successfully been promoted within our team or moved on to other parts of the business to achieve their career aspirationsKey Responsibilities: Dealing with all aspects of customer queries, in a quick and timely mannerSourcing parts, processing orders, chasing orders and dealing with queries Maintain excellent relationships with customersCoordinating deliveries, organising collections with carriers and reacting to failed deliveriesAny projects on an ad hoc basis as requested by the Trade Counter ManagerYou: You’ll be self motivated and a real team player, ideally with some experience in a busy customer focused environment and have the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in a team environment, supporting the wider team while setting and maintaining high standards of work.
You’ll have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own and you’ll love providing the best customer service.
