Come and join us as a service and people focussed Credit Controller to join our friendly Credit Services team.

The Role: As a Credit Controller, you will manage the collection of any outstanding debt to the business and minimise any risk or bad debt. The Credit Controller will liaise with customers internally and externally in resolution of debt and invoice disputes, review credit limits in line with both spend and risk. As a credit controller you will be part of a supportive team and have the help and support of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure debts are collected when falling due.
  • To ensure all outstanding invoice queries are resolved and collected expediently by liaising with the Branch and/or customer and that all relevant resolutions are documented.
  • To ensure that any high-risk accounts are brought to the attention of your line Manager.
  • Review of accounts that have exceeded credit limits, where appropriate liaise with senior staff.
  • To identify key issues, such as recurring disputes, recommend resolution and implement.
