Key Responsibilities:- You will be driving growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins.
- You will own the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor, managing inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and following up on quotations with urgency.
- You will deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms.
