Come and join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager. As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team. At The Bathroom Showroom, we believe in making homes, businesses, and lives better by turning a customer’s vision into a reality. In this role, you will be a high-performer who thrives on identifying opportunities and closing the sale. You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business. By mastering our leading product range, you will not only meet customer needs but also exceed targets that directly impact your bonus potential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins.
  • Own the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor, managing inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and following up on quotations with urgency.
  • Deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms.
  • Build strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long‑term showroom advocates.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, and that every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Sales savvy with a proactive approach to sales and a proven ability to win and grow new business.
  • Resilience and confidence to handle sales objections and a drive to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
  • Experience in relationship management and developing a true partnership approach with clients.
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information to make informed business decisions.
  • Ideally have some knowledge of bathroom products or CAD design skills (though training is provided).
  • A valid UK Clean Driving Licence and access to a car are essential.
