To find our future leaders, we run a rigorous selection process: following a virtual behaviour-led screening, successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day.
Acting as your final stage interview, this day includes group tasks, individual exercises, and a final presentation.
It is not just an interview, it is your first opportunity to learn about our business and network directly with our regional managers.
