Come and join us as a customer focused and sales driven Senior Account Manager and be part of a hugely successful and friendly Non Residential team. As a Non Residential Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering value across the South East of England. The role is broad and varied, working with a number of internal and external stakeholders. The primary focus of the Non Residential Senior Account Manager role will be to maintain and nurture relationships, serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues that may arise by working closely with various internal stakeholders to deliver a high‑quality level of service; identifying opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell products or services across the South East of England patch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key relationships with decision makers in mid‑large contractors in order to influence the ongoing development and retention of sales, opportunity to maximise sales and delivery of an annual strategy plan.
  • Facilitate and manage new and existing live orders and act as the key contact for the Customer, attend review meetings as required, respond to all requests, and resolve all issues that should arise.
  • Ensure that the Company meets all of its obligations during the supply/call‑off of product over the lifecycle of any given project, increasing the likelihood of future orders.
  • Ensure that all quotations are submitted on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Work internal estimators and approved suppliers to maximise contract support where applicable.
  • Identify and secure further sales opportunities with existing and new customers to grow market share across sectors.
  • Develop and implement a strategy of continuous improvement to drive sales growth, enhance customer relationships, increase margin and grow sales.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple internal stakeholders ensuring that business is always placed through the most appropriate channel.
  • Identify specification and value engineering opportunities to improve quote conversion rates and provide value to customers in order that they meet project budget constraints.
  • Build customer, sector, market and industry knowledge to help drive growth and support the development of the business strategy.
  • Utilise the company I.T and CRM systems to manage a pipeline of quotations and provide updates and sales forecasts as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working within key account management.
  • Sanitaryware sector experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.
  • Solid range of Account Management/Customer Service skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
