Come and join us as an Estimator of Plumbing and Heating and build your career as part of a hugely successful Estimating team. As our Estimator, you'll support our Estimating team by assisting with the processing of incoming enquiries, creation and maintenance of contracts on our operating system, and communicating with customers and manufacturers. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!

Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Work with spreadsheets and mass data to help drive estimating and business decisions. Provide an outstanding level of customer service with all communications with our customers and manufacturers. Manage incoming emails and phone calls in a professional and polite manner. Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements. Build and maintain relationships with our branches, suppliers and customers. Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines in line with set timescales.

You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider Estimating team and you’ll thrive on delivering excellent support to customers and manufacturers.

Previous experience in an Estimating environment is required. Clear communication and ability to work with various stakeholders is essential. Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets (VLook Ups/Pivot tables will be seen as beneficial). Some knowledge of the Plumbing and Heating industry would be beneficial, but by no means essential.
