People Change Manager - 10 month FTC

This role is an opportunity to help shape our businesses future on a fixed term basis of 10 -12 months. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days a week spent in our Crick Head Office and the rest from home. The Role: As our People Change Manager youll need to have a passion for change management, with hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders, ideally across multiple projects. Youll be supporting a number of exciting projects as part of our transformation programme, working alongside project managers to create consistent change process and structure thatll ensure we successfully land relevant changes.
