Overview

WorkwithSchools are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer for a Malton school. This is a temporary part-time role, to start September 22nd. We are offering a competitive pay rate. The role is to provide general, HR and financial administrative support to the school under the direction and guidance of the Trust Business Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the school, including HR and financial tasks, under the guidance of the Trust Business Manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of SAGE. Scholar Pack and/or Parent Pay would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A willingness to undertake an Enhanced Criminal Records check via the DBS
