The National Trading Standards Regional Investigations and eCrime Team, based at City of York Council, are seeking a Witness Care Officer to guide witnesses through the criminal justice process and act as the primary contact in investigations.
You will work mainly from home with occasional site visits to Hazel Court offices in a hybrid arrangement, and you must communicate clearly in English to CEFR level C2.
