We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated team. You will work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences, provide targeted support to pupils, and help maintain our calm, child‑centred environment. This role will include Breakfast, After School club duties and Lunchtime cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality learning experiences alongside teachers.
  • Support pupils’ learning needs and maintain high expectations of learning and behaviour.
  • Communicate sensitively with parents/carers.
  • Participate in all aspects of school life.
  • Deliver supporting duties: Breakfast, After School club and Lunchtime cover.

Qualifications:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 EYFS qualification.
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and spoken English skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
