St Paul’s C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our team in September 2026, on a part‑time fixed‑term contract until July 2027. Situated close to the centre of the historic City of York, St Paul’s C of E Primary offers an engaging and creative curriculum of the highest quality. We pride ourselves on supporting everyone to reach their full potential and are committed to setting high standards and expectations. Our pupils achieve well in terms of performance in a nurturing and caring environment.

This role suits someone with high expectations, excellent knowledge and understanding of how children learn, and a desire to promote high standards, progress, and personal achievement for all. You will work alongside a committed and flexible staff group and benefit from whole school and phase support. We believe positive relationships are at the heart of all we do and are key to our successes. We recently completed our Ofsted inspection in May 2023 and were rated Good. Our statutory inspection of Anglican schools in March 2024 judged us to be a pass in all areas.
