Pathfinder Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to lead operational estates delivery across multiple school sites, ensuring safety, compliance and best practice.
You will work closely with Headteachers, the Finance Director and senior stakeholders to balance local needs with organisational priorities and deliver projects funded under School Condition Allocation rounds.
