Are you a visionary leader with a passion for inclusion and safeguarding? Due to the promotions of the current postholders, Excel Learning Trust is seeking two dedicated and ambitious Vice Principals to join our primary leadership teams in two of our schools – Knavesmire Primary School and Scarcroft Primary School. With responsibility for Deep Support, these are pivotal roles designed to drive high standards, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure the safety and welfare of every pupil.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of School in all aspects of leadership, specifically overseeing the Deep Support and inclusion agenda.
- Identify improvement priorities.
- Deputise for the Head of School when required.
- Act as the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.

- Proven experience as an excellent primary classroom practitioner with a track record of strong pupil outcomes.
