Millthorpe School is seeking to recruit a Premises Supervisor to supervise lettings and the school site out of hours and carry out a range of general maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. You will have experience of supervising premises, and of basic maintenance, groundskeeping or similar practical tasks. You will have knowledge of health and safety, and good time management and organisational skills. You will also have good communication skills in order to build effective relationships with our staff, students and contractors.
The role will involve some lone working in the evening and at weekends. Although the post is advertised at 37 hours per week, we are flexible and will also consider applications for part time working.
