The Personal Support Service is a domiciliary care service offering support with all aspects of daily living for customers living within our Independent Living Schemes, 24 hours per day and at night in the local community.

The service has recently been through a fundamental review to ensure that the structure is balanced, resilient and future proofed to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

This recruitment campaign is the penultimate stage of the implementation of the restructure and it has created some new and exciting posts that will help to develop the service, enhancing the quality of care and support to our customers and staff. The service is also embracing technology to support staff, customers and their families to access information and ensure the service is as transparent as possible.

The new roles will be fundamental in transforming this service and provide an exciting opportunity to design and implement new ideas, alongside our other more established roles.
