The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for a skilled and customer‑focused technician to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be making a real difference to residents by tackling mould and damp related issues in occupied homes. You’ll carry out initial treatment work following inspection and assess for any possible root causes, ensuring properties are safe, healthy, and restored to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mould removal (mould wash) and apply anti‑mould treatments.
- Complete minor repairs such as plaster patching, sealant replacement, and redecoration and other relevant repairs as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with minimal disruption to residents.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with tenants, providing reassurance and advice where needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Follow health and safety procedures and use PPE appropriately.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in property maintenance, particularly in damp and mould treatment.
- Strong practical skills in minor repairs and decorating.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A full UK driving licence (if travel between properties is required).
