The role: As the Quality Assurance Officer you will work closely with the Head of Service for SEND and the Head of Service for Quality of Practice (Children’s Services) to uphold and raise the quality of our SEND processes, documentation, and service delivery including compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards. Your work will celebrate successes and identify and develop opportunities for strengthening practice ultimately improving the experiences and outcomes for children and families.

Location: You will be part of the Quality of Practice team (Children’s Services), based at West Offices, Station Rise (central York). Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role.
