The Building, Property Information & Monitoring Team are looking to appoint a Local Charges Officer.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the continued development and maintenance of the Local Land Charges Register, the processing of CON29 and CON29O searches and relevant EIR requests.
- Provide excellent customer service when providing information and advice to a wide variety of internal and external customers and stakeholders (including HM Land Registry) on all Local Land Charge matters to deadlines.
- Assist other team members with Local Land and Property Gazetteer maintenance and Street Naming and Numbering admin as and when required.
Qualifications and skills
- Ideally, have experience in this role with excellent IT skills.
- Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and understand Ordnance Survey maps is essential.

- Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
