Role Overview
Lead small teams of people with learning disabilities in an organic land crop operation across two sites, including a walled garden. Oversee crop rotation planning, cultivation, soil care, and sales of produce to shop and local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage crop rotations and site operations for land crops.
- Co‑ordinate the growing of organic vegetable and fruit crops across the walled garden and main site.
- Supervise and support a small team, fostering learning and development.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain accurate documentation in the IT system.
- Track team welfare and create a supportive work environment.
- Maintain records and produce cycle reports.
