Are you a qualified joiner and want to help us make a positive difference in your community? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated joiner to join our Voids Team, helping us bring empty properties back into use quickly and to a high standard. You’ll carry out a variety of joinery tasks, working alongside other trades and contractors to ensure homes are safe, secure, and ready for new tenants.

Based at Hazel Court, you will be responsible for completing joinery repairs and refurbishments in void properties across the city. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Building Services to deliver high-quality work that meets our safety and quality standards. Working hours are 08:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00–15:30 on Friday, with the possibility of participating in an out-of-hours call‑out rota.

About You

  • Qualified joiner with experience in domestic property repairs and refurbishments.
  • Take pride in work, reliable, works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to customer service and safe working practices.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
