Location: Flexible – you can work from any of our offices or adopt a hybrid working approach. You may be required to attend our offices for meetings and training events, visit client offices or other premises, and undertake other client related activities. During the induction period, employees will be expected to work in one of our main offices for a number of days.

Salary: £26,403 – £31,537 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of high quality services to clients.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on Freedom of Information and Subject Access requests.
- Coordinate responses, update systems and prepare reports.
- Regularly communicate with requesters and organisations seeking information.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience, preferably within the public sector.
- Experience handling Freedom of Information and Subject Access requests (training will be provided if required).
- Ability to manage own time, develop good working relationships with clients, and possess good organisational and communication skills.
