Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate EHC Plan Writer to join our SEN team at City of York Council. The role involves writing comprehensive Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plans that reflect the individual needs of children and young people. You will collaborate with children, young people and their families, and work closely with relevant health, education and social care professionals through statutory SEND processes.
