WorkwithSchools are recruiting for a DT Workshop Supervisor for a local York School, to start working on June 1st. This is a full time role, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30-4pm, as well as Wednesdays & Saturdays 8:30-12:40.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of pupil activities to satisfy our risk assessments.
  • Equipment set up/preparation.
  • Repair e.g. prints jobs, orders etc. to facilitate activities.
  • Working with pupils years 8-12.

Qualifications

  • A strong background in Resistant Materials and Engineering is essential but an ability to assist with textiles projects would be desirable.
