Key Responsibilities
- Support the senior leadership team and oversee all operational aspects of the business.
- Manage the business support staff and ensure the effective delivery of business related support functions and activities.
- Maintain organisation, communication and time‑management across the team.
- Coordinate senior‑level meetings and provide administrative support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Oversee the procurement, finance and HR functions as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience managing an administrative or business support function.
- Good organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
- Relevant professional qualification at level 5 or above – e.g. Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary £44,075 – £48,226 (band 6, plus 3 % performance‑related pay).
- Location Flexible – work from any city office or hybrid arrangement; staff may need to travel to client offices and attend meetings.
