The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
We are looking for 3 experienced and skilled Business Analysts to play an important role in our ambitious corporate transformation programme. Your role will be to support the delivery of our cross-council transformation programme by working cross-functionally and in tandem with our multi-discipline digital programme team to understand, identify, and map out cross-functional business processes, information, data flows and compliance requirements.
You will be required to carry out a combination of process analysis, requirements gathering, and business re-engineering to translate requirements into effective, efficient, inclusive solutions and operating models which put the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will play a pivotal role at every stage of the project lifecycle working closely with service areas to identify opportunities and to elicit business requirements all the way through to ensuring that digital developments deliver agreed outcomes.
You will be collaborative, build strong relationships taking stakeholders on the journey with you. Whether this be through working one on one or hosting workshops, you will be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels. You will be innovative at heart and look to identify opportunities using latest market thinking such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data solutions.
As well as being an excellent oral communicator, you will demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, be unafraid to challenge constructively and act as a critical friend. Equally comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team as well as by yourself, you will play a significant role in the transition from current to future business models, embedding business change, adapting procedures and methodologies to suit unique scenarios.
If you have a background of providing business analysis, have strong business modelling skills, a track record of finding pioneering solutions to complex problems, are capable of seeing the big picture and delivering at pace, driven to deliver efficiencies and opportunities through process optimisation, digitisation and automation, we would very much like to hear from you!
This post is suitable as a job share opportunity. This vacancy is available as a secondment opportunity for internal candidates. Permission must be sought from your current line manager before applying for a secondment opportunity. Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role.
